Counselling can help you to cope on a day to day basis with the anxiety and stress everyday life can bring.  I work with clients with a range of issues including anxiety,  low self-esteem,  work-related stress, relationships,  bereavement and loss.

Counselling can help you to recognise behaviours and unhelpful thoughts and feelings that can have a negative impact on your life.  I will help you to develop strategies to help you to understand and develop better relationships with other people and enhance your confidence and self-esteem.

I believe that everybody has the potential for self-improvement and I offer, as an integrative counsellor, a non-judgemental environment to work with you to help to improve your personal well-being.

There are times when we all feel anxiety and stress and struggle to cope with the complex lives we lead today. I will work with you to help you to understand how you can overcome these feelings and make positive changes in your life.
